2. 參與資格
2.1 同意條款
所有參賽者於參加本活動之同時，即表示已詳細閱讀並同意接受本活動之所有比賽規則、規範及注意事項。如有違反，主辦單位有權取消其參賽或得獎資格。
2.2 身份限制
本活動僅限居住於台灣、澎湖、金門、馬祖地區，且持有中華民國國民身分證之國民參加。
2.3 年齡與法律行為能力
2.3.1 參賽者必須於活動開始之日起年滿 18 歲。
2.3.2 參賽者須具備完全之法律行為能力。受監護宣告或輔助宣告之人，若未經法定代理人同意，不得參加。
2.3.3 若經查獲獲獎者於參賽時未成年或不具備完全法律行為能力，主辦單位將逕行取消其參與資格及獲獎權利，不另行通知。
2.4 排除參加對象
為維護活動公平性，以下人員不具備參加或中獎資格：
2.4.1 活動主辦單位(以下稱「主辦單位」)之員工，包含其母公司、子公司、關係企業、媒體合作夥伴、服務供應商及其經理與董事。
2.4.2 NBA 實體(包括 NBA Properties, Inc.、NBA Media Ventures, LLC、NBA TV, LLC 及其成員球隊與附屬機構)之員工、代理人、相關人員。
2.4.3 前述各項所述人員之配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姊妹，以及與其共同居住之家庭成員。
2.4.4 活動期間內居住地不在台灣地區之個人。
2.4.5 其他經主辦單位依合法、合理理由認定不適合參加之人員。
2.5 誠信原則與違規處理
2.5.1 參賽者保證所有填寫或提出之資料均為真實且正確，且未冒用或盜用任何第三人之資料。
2.5.2 嚴禁以任何不正當手段(包括但不限於利用電腦程式、惡意軟體、人頭帳號、或干擾系統運作之行為)影響活動結果。
2.5.3 經主辦單位認定有作弊嫌疑或有確切證據證明其有違規行為者，主辦單位保留取消其參賽、兌獎資格及追回獎項之權利，並得請求相關損害賠償。
2.6 最終解釋權
主辦單位保留對本參與資格及相關規範之最終解釋、修改、變更、取消及終止本活動之權利。如有未盡事宜，悉依主辦單位相關規定或解釋辦理。

活動開始日期：2026年4月19日
活動結束日期：2026年6月20日(視賽況而定)。

4. 活動流程及規則
4.1 參加步驟
第一步：鎖定直播 —— 收看緯來體育台 NBA 賽事直播。
第二步：掃描 QR Code —— 留意螢幕各處可能出現的 QR Code 並掃描。
第三步：下載註冊 —— 點擊連結下載並註冊緯來體育台運動影音平台 APP。
第四步：填寫表單 —— 完整填寫活動報名頁面(SurveyCake)資訊。
第五步：保持電話暢通 —— 完成上述步驟即享當日體育台末場賽後「好禮天天送」抽獎資格；4/26 起指定週日及總冠軍賽期間(視賽程實際情況而定)，更有機會參與「現場 Call-out」。
4.2 抽獎規則與細節
4.2.1 Call-out 領獎規範： 4/26 起之指定抽獎日，得主須本人親自接聽電話，並正確回答 APP 首頁顯示之通關密語始可獲獎。若連撥 2 通無人接聽、通話中或收訊不佳進入語音信箱，視同放棄資格，由候補遞補。通訊狀況及通話品質以主辦單位撥打之電話設備判定為準。若因行動電話收訊不佳、斷線、進入語音信箱或因手機設定『拒接陌生來電』等情形，導致無法即時對答，主辦單位概不負責。
4.2.2 獎項內容： 4/19 - 6/20 隨賽程贈送NBA福袋、觀球派對名額、頂級球星簽名周邊、東西區季後賽門票、冠軍賽G1、G2門票(機加酒)、神秘大禮、2026-27指定主場開幕門票。
註1：僅「冠軍賽G1、G2門票(機加酒)」獎項包含來回機票與住宿；其餘票券類獎項均不含交通與食宿，得獎者須自行辦理出國手續及負擔相關費用。
註2：中獎者須自行辦理並取得有效護照、美國簽證(如：ESTA 授權)及相關旅遊必備文件。若因個人因素(如：簽證遭拒、證件過期、遭拒絕入境等)導致無法如期出發，視同放棄獲獎資格，主辦單位不予補發獎項、提供替代獎品或折算現金。
4.2.3 名單公布： 獲獎名單將於抽獎後三個工作天內，公布於活動網站。
4.3 注意事項
4.3.1 累計抽獎制： 每場賽事直播限報名 1 次。參加場次越多，中獎機率越高。
4.3.2 中獎限制： 活動期間每位參與者僅限中獎 1 次。若重複抽中，以第一次紀錄為準。
4.3.3 得主選出方式： 中獎名單將於指定賽事轉播結束後，透過隨機抽籤方式選出。
4.3.4 畫面差異： QR Code 與跑馬燈位置可能因各地區系統台(供應商)訊號來源不同而有差異。

5.獎品設置
NBA福袋、觀球派對名額、頂級球星簽名周邊、東西區季後賽門票、冠軍賽G1、G2門票(機加酒)、神秘大禮、2026-27指定主場開幕門票。

6.活動宣傳
6.1 活動宣傳影片皆由緯來電視網所製作，並安排於所屬頻道或賽事直播期間廣告時段播出。
6.2 所有活動橫幅頁面皆由緯來電視網所製作並使用於官方網頁上。

7.個人資料保護法注意事項
7.1有關於本活動相關資料的蒐集及使用方式如下：
本贈獎活動將在確定參加、並提供聯絡之個人資料後，記錄您的基本資料，本公司將會自活動結束日起 算1年內，在台灣地區(台、澎、金、馬)做以下目的使用：
7.1.1 本贈獎活動中獎聯絡、寄送獎品之用。
7.1.2 本公司其他節目、相關活動宣傳之用。
7.2 在完成提供中獎人聯絡之個人資訊後，將視同您已瞭解抽獎規則並同意本公司蒐集您的個人資料。
日後您可於本公司上班時間以電話或email聯絡本公司，對您參加本次贈獎活動所留下的資料做 以下請求：
7.2.1 查詢或請求閱覽。
7.2.2 請求製給複製本。
7.2.3 請求補充或更正。
7.2.4 請求停止蒐集、處理、利用。
7.2.5 請求刪除。

8.最終解釋權
8.1 緯來電視網保留審查參與者資格的權利。如果申請人不符合本次活動的資格要求，我們將取消其參加或獲獎資格。
8.2 緯來電視網保留更改本次活動參與細則以及贈品種類和數量的權利。參與者同意遵守 VIDEOLAND 所做的變更決定。

9.NBA實體的定義
NBA Properties, Inc.、美國國家籃球協會(「NBA」)和 NBA 成員球隊(統稱為「NBA 實體」)。

10.責任免除
NBA 實體及其各自母公司、子公司、附屬公司、管理人員、董事、員工、管理者、所有者、經銷商、零售商、代理商、受讓人、廣告/促銷機構、代表和代理人不承擔任何責任，並將被免除責任。並免受任何索賠、訴訟、責任、損失、傷害或損害，包括但不限於獲獎者或任何第三方的人身傷害或死亡，或全部或部分直接或間接造成的個人或不動產損害，出於任何原因，包括接受、擁有、使用或濫用獎品和/或參與本促銷活動。

11.公開發布權
本促銷活動的參與者同意受這些官方規則的約束，並同意NBA 實體及其指定人和受讓人可以使用參與者的姓名、聲音、居住城市/州、照片、影片或影片剪輯和/或用於廣告和/或貿易目的和/或任何其他目的的現在或以後已知的任何媒體或格式的其他視覺肖像，無需進一步補償(經濟或其他)、許可或通知。此外，參與者同意主辦單位得對領獎過程、中獎訪談進行錄影或攝影，並同意主辦單位擁有該影音素材之著作權，得無償運用於任何媒體平台。

12.特別條款
本次活動參與者同意受本次活動規則的約束(包括但不限於使用或披露參與者提供的聯繫方式等個人資訊)，並充分理解並同意按照以下規則獲得獲獎資格：與VIDEOLAND 或Videoland 指定的第三方營運的內部電腦資訊系統。

13.適用法律
本活動受台灣法律管轄。

14. 稅務相關規定
14.1 依中華民國稅法規定，中獎價值超過新台幣 1,000 元者，需列入個人年度綜合所得稅申報。
14.2 中獎價值超過新台幣 20,000 元者，中獎者須先繳納 10% 稅金(外籍人士須扣繳 20%)並配合辦理扣繳手續，方可領取獎項。
14.3 若得獎者拒絕配合繳納相關稅金或提供領獎所需證件(如身分證影本)，則視同放棄獲獎資格。
14.4 中獎者須於接獲通知後指定時間內完成領獎資料繳交，逾期視同放棄。
14.5 若獎項涉及國外旅遊(如 NBA 冠軍賽門票、東西區門票等獎品)，中獎者須自行確保持有有效旅遊證件(護照及簽證)，主辦單位不負責證件辦理及衍生費用。

1. Activity Purpose and Organizer
1.1 Activity Purpose: To attract viewers to watch NBA live broadcasts on Videoland Television Network.
1.2 Activity Organizer: Videoland Television Network Co., Ltd.
1.3 Activity Location (or Platform): Videoland Television Network official fan page and official website.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Agreement to Terms: By participating in this activity, all participants indicate that they have read in detail and agree to accept all competition rules, specifications, and precautions of this activity. In case of violation, the organizer has the right to disqualify the participant or winner.
2.2 Identity Restrictions: This activity is limited to residents living in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu regions who hold a National ID card of the Republic of China.
2.3 Age and Legal Capacity:
2.3.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old on the start date of the activity.
2.3.2 Participants must have full legal capacity. Persons under guardianship or assistantship may not participate without the consent of their legal representative.
2.3.3 If it is discovered that a winner was a minor or lacked full legal capacity at the time of entry, the organizer will immediately cancel their eligibility and winning rights without further notice.
2.4 Excluded Participants: To maintain fairness, the following persons are not eligible to participate or win:
2.4.1 Employees of the activity organizer (hereinafter "the Organizer"), including its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, media partners, service providers, and their managers and directors.
2.4.2 Employees, agents, and related personnel of NBA Entities (including NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA TV, LLC, and its member teams and affiliates).
2.4.3 Spouses, parents, children, siblings, and family members living with the aforementioned persons.
2.4.4 Individuals whose place of residence is not in the Taiwan region during the activity period.
2.4.5 Other persons deemed unsuitable for participation by the organizer based on legal and reasonable grounds.
2.5 Integrity Principle and Violation Handling:
2.5.1 Participants guarantee that all information filled in or submitted is true and correct, and that they have not misappropriated or stolen the information of any third party.
2.5.2 Any improper means (including but not limited to using computer programs, malicious software, ghost accounts, or interfering with system operations) to influence the activity results are strictly prohibited.
2.5.3 If the organizer determines that there is suspicion of cheating or definitive evidence of a violation, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the eligibility for participation and prize redemption, recover the prize, and claim related damages.
2.6 Final Interpretation Right: The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation, modification, change, cancellation, and termination of these eligibility requirements and related specifications. Any matters not covered shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations or interpretations of the organizer.
2.7 If a participant is suspected of cheating or if there is conclusive evidence of fraudulent behavior, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke their prize eligibility and interpret the situation accordingly.

3. Event Period
Start Date: April 19, 2026
End Date: June 20, 2026 (Subject to tournament progress).

4. Activity Process and Rules
4.1 Participation Steps:
Step 1: Tune in to the broadcast — Watch NBA live broadcasts on Videoland Sports Channel.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code — Look for the QR Code that may appear on the screen and scan it.
Step 3: Download and register — Click the designated link to download and register an account on the APP "Videoland".
Step 4: Fill in the form — Complete the contact information on the SurveyCake activity registration page.
Step 5: Keep your phone reachable — Complete the above steps to gain entry into the "Daily Prize Giveaway" after the final game of the day; from 4/26 onwards on designated Sundays and during the Finals (depending on actual schedule), there will be a chance to participate in "Live Call-out" draws.
4.2 Draw Rules and Details:
4.2.1 Call-out Winning Regulations: On designated draw days starting from 4/26, winners must answer the phone in person and correctly state the passphrase displayed on the APP home page to win. If the phone is called 2 consecutive times with no answer, is busy, has poor reception, is disconnected, or goes to voicemail, leading to an inability to answer immediately, the winning eligibility is forfeited and will be filled by a runner-up. The communication status and call quality shall be determined by the telephone equipment of the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for poor reception, disconnection, voicemail, or "Reject Stranger Calls" settings.
4.2.2 Prize Details: From April 19 to June 20, prizes will be awarded throughout the tournament, including: NBA Lucky Bags, Watch Party Invitations, Autographed Memorabilia from top stars, Eastern & Western Conference Playoffs tickets, NBA Finals G1 & G2 tickets (Flight + Hotel), a Mystery Grand Prize, and 2026-27 Season Home Opening Game tickets (Designated venues).
Note 1: Only the "NBA Finals G1 & G2 tickets (Flight + Hotel)" prize includes round-trip airfare and accommodations. All other ticket-related prizes do not include transportation, meals, or lodging; winners must arrange their own travel documents and bear all associated expenses.
Note 2: Winners must obtain a valid passport, visa (e.g., US ESTA), and related travel documents. If travel cannot occur due to personal reasons (e.g., visa rejection, expired documents), eligibility is forfeited, and no replacement prize or cash will be provided.
4.2.3 Announcement of Winners: The list of winners will be announced on the activity website within three working days after the draw.
4.3 Precautions:
4.3.1 Cumulative Draw System: Eligibility is calculated based on the number of independent game sessions attended. The more sessions attended, the higher the winning probability.
4.3.2 Winning Limit: Each participant is limited to winning one (1) time during the activity period. In case of repeated draws, the first recorded result shall prevail.
4.3.3 Winner Selection Method: The winning list will be selected via random draw after the designated broadcast ends.
4.3.4 Screen Display Difference: Please note that the display position of the screen ticker and QR Code may vary due to different signal sources from local channel providers (system operators).

5. Prize Categories
NBA Lucky Bags, Viewing Party spots, premium autographed player memorabilia, Eastern and Western Conference Playoff tickets, NBA Finals Game 1 & Game 2 tickets (Flight + Hotel included), a Mystery Grand Prize, and 2026-27 Designated Home Opening Game Tickets.

6.Campaign Promotion:
6.1 Event promo will be produced and broadcast on Videoland Sports Channel during NBA live game commercial break.
6.2 Event banner will be created and posted on VIDEOLAND’s official website.
7. Personal Data Protection Act Precautions
7.1 Regarding the collection and use of information related to this activity:
After confirming participation and providing personal data for contact, your basic information will be recorded. The company will use it for the following purposes within the Taiwan region (Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu) for 1 year from the end date of the activity:
7.1.1 Contact for winning and delivery of prizes for this activity.
7.1.2 Promotion of other programs and related activities of the company.
7.2 After providing the contact information of the winner, it will be deemed that you have understood the draw rules and agreed to the company's collection of your personal data.
In the future, you may contact the company by phone or email during business hours to make the following requests regarding the data you left for this activity: 7.2.1 Inquiry or request for viewing.
7.2.2 Request for a copy.
7.2.3 Request for supplement or correction.
7.2.4 Request for cessation of collection, processing, or utilization.
7.2.5 Request for deletion.

8. Final Interpretation Right
8.1 Videoland Television Network reserves the right to review the eligibility of participants. If an applicant does not meet the requirements, we will cancel their eligibility to participate or win.
8.2 Videoland Television Network reserves the right to change the participation details of this activity and the types and quantities of prizes. Participants agree to abide by the change decisions made by VIDEOLAND.

9.Definition of NBA Entities:
NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”).

10. Release of Liability
NBA Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, managers, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall not be held liable and shall be released and held harmless from any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, losses, injuries, or damages, including but not limited to personal injury or death of the winner or any third party, or damage to personal or real property caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, for any reason, including acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes and/or participation in this promotion.

11. Publicity Release Right
Participants of this promotion agree to be bound by these official rules and agree that NBA Entities and their designees and assignees may use the participant's name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, videos or video clips and/or other visual likenesses in any media or format now or hereafter known for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or any other purpose, without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notice. Furthermore, participants agree that the organizer may record or photograph the prize-collecting process and winning interviews, and agree that the organizer owns the copyright of the audio-visual materials and may use them for free on any media platform.

12. Special Provisions
Participants of this activity agree to be bound by these activity rules (including but not limited to the use or disclosure of personal information such as contact information provided by participants), and fully understand and agree to obtain winning eligibility in accordance with the following rules: internal computer information systems operated by VIDEOLAND or third parties designated by Videoland.

13.Applicable Law:
This event is subject to the laws of Taiwan.

14. Tax Regulations
14.1 According to the tax laws of the Republic of China, if the value of the prize exceeds NT$1,000, it must be included in the individual's annual comprehensive income tax return.
14.2 If the value of the prize exceeds NT$20,000, the winner must pay 10% tax in advance (20% withholding for foreign nationals) and cooperate with the withholding procedures before receiving the prize.
14.3 If the winner refuses to cooperate with the payment of relevant taxes or provide required documents for claiming (such as a copy of the ID card), it will be deemed as a waiver of the winning eligibility.
14.4 Winners must complete the submission of prize-claiming materials within the designated time after receiving notification; otherwise, it will be deemed a waiver.
14.5 If the prize involves international travel (e.g., NBA Finals tickets, Conference Playoffs tickets, etc.), winners are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport and visa). The organizer is not responsible for document applications or any derivative expenses.
